Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of Users of the mobile application and web resource Pulse Drive and is an integral part of the Public Offer (https://pulseev.uz/en/offer).

The operator of personal data is LLC «PULSE EV» (TIN 311248927), the rightsholder and operator of the mobile application "Pulse Drive" (hereinafter — the "Company", the "Operator"). Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU‑547 of 02.07.2019 and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Informatisation" No. 560‑II of 11.12.2003.

By using the Application and/or the Pulse Drive web resource, the User consents to the terms of this Policy.

1. What data is processed

1.1. Data provided by the User during registration and use of the account (Pulse Drive ID):

• mobile phone number;
• password (in encrypted form);
• full name;
• photo (account image);
• date of birth;
• information about the User's vehicle;
• balance and charging history;
• user settings.

1.2. Data generated during the provision of services:

• information on charging sessions (station, time, volume, cost);
• information on balance top-ups and debits (amount, date, operation status).

1.3. Technical and diagnostic data collected automatically:

• device type and its unique identifier;
• IP address and other diagnostic data;
• location data (device GPS, Wi‑Fi access points, cell tower location);
• information on interaction with the Application interface.

1.4. Bank card data. The Company does not collect, store or process full bank card details of Users (see section 5).

2. Purposes of data processing

The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:

• authorisation and provision of access to the Application, restoration of access;
• provision of charging services, maintenance of the balance and operation history;
• carrying out and accounting for payments, sending operation confirmations;
• communication with the User on matters of payment, balance, important changes to the terms and technical support;
• provision of location-based services and improvement of the user experience;
• ensuring the operability, support and development of the Application;
• conducting anonymised analytical, statistical and marketing research;
• fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Legal grounds for processing

3.1. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the User's consent, expressed upon acceptance of the Public Offer and the start of using the Application, as well as for the purpose of performing the contract to which the User is a party, and for the purpose of fulfilling the Operator's obligations provided by law.

3.2. Consent to data processing may be withdrawn by the User in the manner set out in section 7. Withdrawal of consent may make further provision of services impossible.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

The Company may transfer personal data to third parties solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing:

4.1. To the acquiring bank and processing centre. To accept bank card payments, operation data is transferred to Oktobank JSC (the octo.uz payment gateway) and the processing centre. The acquiring bank and the processing centre are responsible for the security of card data during its processing.

4.2. To payment systems and aggregators. Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard, as well as payment aggregators (Payme, Click, etc.) — to the extent necessary to carry out and confirm the payment.

4.3. To the hosting provider. Data is stored on the servers of UzCloud (uzcloud.uz) located at: Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirzo‑Ulugbek district, Muminov street 4/2. UzCloud ensures the security of the data storage infrastructure.

4.4. To state authorities. Upon lawful requests of state and law-enforcement authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.5. To protect the rights, security or property of the Company, its users and other persons.

The Company does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for purposes not provided by this Policy.

5. Processing of bank card data

5.1. The entry and processing of bank card details are carried out on the secure payment page of the processing centre of the acquiring bank Oktobank JSC or, when paying through a payment aggregator (Payme, Click, etc.), on the secure page of the respective aggregator, using the HTTPS/TLS protocol, a valid SSL certificate, the PCI DSS security standard and 3‑D Secure technology.

5.2. The Pulse Drive company does not request, accept, store, process or transmit full bank card details. For recurring payments, a token (an anonymised reference to the card) generated by the acquiring bank may be used; full card details are not available to the Company.

6. Storage and protection of data

6.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzCloud), in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on the localisation of personal data.

6.2. Data is stored for the period of the User's use of the Application and for the periods established by law for storing the relevant information (including on financial transactions). Upon expiry of the periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6.3. The Company takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

7. Rights of the User

7.1. The User has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• refine, change and update their data in the personal account of the Pulse Drive ID;
• delete account data; in this case, the minimum data necessary for authorisation must remain in the account, otherwise the User may delete the account in full;
• withdraw consent to data processing and demand the cessation of processing;
• appeal against the Operator's actions to the authorised state body.

7.2. The account image, name, phone number and other information published by the User are displayed in the Application solely for the purposes of providing the service and personalisation and are not intended for collection and distribution by third parties.

8. Cookies and analytics

8.1. The Pulse Drive web resource may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the operability of the site, analytics and improvement of the user experience. The User can manage cookies in their browser settings.

9. Amendments to the Policy

9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy. A new version enters into force from the moment of its publication at https://pulseev.uz/en/privacy. The current version is always available at the specified address.
