Residents with an EV need charging at home. For a developer it is a selling point, for the management company — order in the car park.
Two solutions work in a residential complex: a wall-mounted AC 7 kW station per parking space for overnight charging (2,912,000 UZS incl. VAT) and a shared DC 60 kW station at the entrance for fast charging of residents and guests.
A wall-mounted AC station for daily overnight charging. Park in the evening — the car is charged by morning. The station connects to the Pulse Drive platform: charging statistics and remote control in the app.
AC 7 kW is for personal use only and is not part of the 80/20 investment program.
A fast station with two GB/T ports: gives most EVs a day's range in 40–60 minutes. Suits residents without their own space, guests and taxis. You can buy the station (80% of gross profit is yours) or host a Pulse EV station with no investment (15% of revenue after the electricity bill).
Reserving power and cable routes for charging is cheaper during construction than after handover.

Yes. A Pulse EV engineer surveys the site, measures available power and proposes a layout: how many AC spaces and whether a shared DC station is needed.
In the Pulse Drive app: station map, connector status and payment in one app.
One engineer visit — and you get a tailored configuration, connection scheme and an exact quote for your site.
